When we go take a look at the dictionary, we’ll see the urban park definition is a public open space of municipal gardens in a metropolis, and for over a century, public parks have helped the economy of developing cities and major metropolis by being the sanctuary for the public to have family fun, go on dates, hold seminars and public events, and a smattering of other recreational activities. Public parks built in a densely populated metropolis would seem off at first, right? Why would the city governor choose to sacrifice that huge of space for trees, shrubs, and flowers to flourish when they can use it to build more buildings for people to live in or work? The answer is simple, if everywhere you see is the same tall skyscraper, the property value will be stagnant, and people won’t be inclined to move there because it’s too stressful.

Some people prefer zen energy, and if a city has parks in them, they would be more inclined to relocate there, and of course, the property value of the encircling buildings will increase significantly with the presence of a green park.
