mcfaulds lake - Grid a

To the right, is an image of the total magnetic field ground anomaly associated with McFauld's 1.
This anomaly is readily apparent in a regional airborne magnetic survey completed in 1995 for Spider and its exploration partner, KWG Resources Inc. and led the joint venture to the area. The anomaly was drilled as a kimberlite target, but yielded significant copper mineralization..

Subsequent to this serendipitous discovery Spider and KWG staked 29 additional claims to secure the entire area.

This image shows horizontal loop EM profiles on the same ground grid as above. Three frequencies of EM are shown. The presence of the conductive body causes the dip in signal that is apparent on the two central lines.

The McFauld's #1 deposit has undergone extensive drill testing to delineate the extent of the body as well as determine the grade. To date, 14 holes have been drilled. The body has a surface length of approximately 200m and a known true thickness of 45m.

Assay results are summarized in a September 4, 2003 press release.
