Spider Resources Inc. is the Pioneer Exploration Company  in the James Bay Lowlands of Northern Ontario, exploring this area since 1993. Spider’s Exploration team headed up by Neil Novak, a Professional Geologist is responsible for the discovery of 3 Jurassic aged Kimberlites (MF1, MF2 and Good Friday) all within a few kilometres of Ontario’s first operating diamond mine; Victor owned and operated by De Beers Canada. This Exploration team was responsible for finding five Proterozoic “hidden” Kimberlites (Kyle 1 – 5), beneath as much as 130 metres of Paleozoic rock, located 100 kilometres to west of the Victor mine project. Regional diamond exploration by same team lead to the discovery of the McFauld’s Lake VMS deposits (1 and 3) in 2002-03, as well as 8 other VMS ccurrences spawning what has become The McFaulds – Ring of Fire Exploration Play.

Geophysical surveying and other exploration efforts, as initially conducted by Spider formed the exploration data-set that lead to the first discovery of Chrome in the area in march of 2006 (also by Spider’s exploration team) as well as the eventual discovery of the Eagle One Magmatic Massive Sulphide Deposit in the same peridotite intrusion that hosts Spider’s Chrome discoveries.

Spider Resources Inc. is an active junior resource exploration company, with exploration interests in several projects representing a broad spectrum of metals and minerals. At present all of the Company’s exploration activities are focused in Ontario, and the Company currently has 389,545,100, shares issued.
